We had an incredible time at the hotel, enjoying the direct pool access from our family apartment. The hotel facilities were amazing, and there were a lot of activities for both children and adults. We could see a magician around the hotel all the time, and one of the highlights of our stay was taking a coconut boat through Asia's longest pool. Moreover, we had the option of exploring the city with the bikes provided by the hotel, and there were also plenty of excursions offered. Finally, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Spent Christmas vacation at a resort and it was so much fun! We got a great family apartment which was very spacious and the direct access to the pool made it even better. The resort had so many activities for kids and grownups – magician shows, boat rides, bike tours and more! The resort was also located in a prime location, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. The staff were friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Plus, the food was delicious!

Honestly, there wasn't really anything to complain about. The experience was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel provides the ultimate luxury experience for its guests! The service is impeccable, with staff always willing to help. The spa and wellness center is outstanding, with a diverse range of treatments available. The infinity pool is stunning and provides a breathtaking view. The sun terrace is perfect for relaxing and taking in the view of the garden area. The outdoor swimming pool is large and perfect for taking a swim. The restaurant is top-notch, with delicious food and a wide variety of dishes.

Although there really is very little to complain about at this hotel, the only minor issue I came across was the lack of beach access. However, the hotel more than makes up for this with their saltwater pool and coconut boat excursion.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was quite pleasant. We had a lovely view of the ocean from our comfortable room. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The breakfast had a lot of options and the service was excellent. They also had a lot of fun activities for adults and children, like a magician and a coconut boat ride in the pool.

The hotel gym was pretty small and had limited equipment.

The pool was really nice and the location was amazing! My partner and I did a lot of activities during our stay including going on a bike ride and taking a coconut boat ride through a very long pool. Plus, we enjoyed the included performances from a magician. We also appreciated the free excursions they offered.

The hotel room itself was just okay, nothing special really. The room was small and food wasn't amazing.
